Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please email us at info@tashandley.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on the next steps.
All products must be returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with the original packaging provided.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we do not currently accept returns on items that are on sale.
Refunds
A return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. We will confirm the amount with you in the instructions.
Refunds will only be issued on receipt of returned items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show obvious signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. You will be informed via email once this has been completed.
Card refund will be processed to the original payment method used, please allow 14 business days from the day it was issued for the funds to be shown in your account.
Damages and issues
All our products are checked carefully during manufacture and again before shipping, however, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Email us at info@tashandley.com with your order number and include pictures of your item. We will then advise on the next steps.
We will not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed. Any returns subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges
Unfortunately do not offer exchanges yet. However, you can request a return for your products and place a new order.
Cancellation
If your items have not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order free of charge. Contact us at info@tashandley.com with your request and we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery.
If your items have already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order, you can still notify us by email and request a return as per our return policy above.
